Section 2H : How to make Unisub White Coated Sheet Metal

Temperature: 400°
Time: 45-55 Seconds
Pressure: Medium

1 . Prepare your artwork and transfer with consideration to the size and shape of your sheet or cut sheet metal.
2 . Using heat resistant tape, fasten the metal in position facing the printed side of the transfer.

3 . If using Unisub metal make sure you remove the thin plastic protection film on the face of the metal


4 . Spread a teflon sheet (or white paper) on the bottom of the press.
5 . Lay the metal face-down (transfer, face-up) on the heat press.
6 . Cover with teflon sheet (or white paper).


7 . Press for 45-55 seconds


8 . Remove the metal and transfer from the press.
9 . Slowly peel the tape and transfer from the metal.
10. Allow to cool on a clean surface.
