Description : When the red and green lights are flashing on and off, follow this procedure to reset the printer.

1. The power and ink-light are flashing opposite of one another.

2. Turn off the printer. Wait 20 seconds.

3. Press both the “Ink” button and “Paper Feed” and hold for 20 seconds.

4. Turn on Printer while still holding buttons, continue to hold buttons for another 20 seconds.



5. Press and hold the “Paper Feed” button for about 30-45 seconds, printer light will turn solid green. Printer is reset.
