In print cleaning

Description : When the nozzle check does not appear correctly and regular cleanings are not working, then this procedure should be used. Not really suitable for a cartridge based system (or at least not done more than once on a cartridge based system).

1. Download CMYK Colour bar and load into Photoshop or Corel Draw.

2. Click on File-Print and select 4 copies (minimum)

3. Click on properties, the select
- Custom Settings then
- Advanced

4. On the Advanced options select
- Photo Paper
- Photo 1440 DPI

5. While printing Hold the Droplet button for 5 seconds

6. This will start a head cleaning, upon completion of the cleaning printer (depending on model) will either continue printing or eject the paper and continue printing.

7. Continue pressing the Droplet button every 2”-3” or 5-7mm of print for the rest of the 4 color run.

8. Repeat until desired results are achieved.

9. Once satisfied with output set all properties back to Artainium UV+ settings.
